Macculloch Hall Historical Museum + My Favorites
Macculloch Hall was built as a dwelling over 150 years ago and is situated in the historic distric of Morristown. Exhibits include a collection by Thomas Nast, a political cartoonist from the 19th Century and W. Parsons Todd's fine and decorative arts. The Historic Speedwell is set on a 7.5-acre site that includes the 1844 Vail House and Factory, the spot where the first telegraph was perfected and first demonstrated in 1838. Visitors can also see exhibits in the Carriage House and Granary. Special events are staged every weekend throughout the April-October season.
